In early 2017, several months before the #metoo revolution, Clemence gathered the testimonies of women who answered her only question: « What is your first memory of harassment? ». Offering them a unique opportunity to tell their story, to be heard, believed and supported, she placed herself as an « enlighten witness ». Their portraits are photographed at the end of the interviews, while their stories are fragmented, echoing the mechanisms of memory and self-narrative.
