Adam Nathaniel Furman, ‘Chromocolour Catwalk’, Commissioned by Pullman Hotels and Resorts, London, UK.

A commission for Pullman Hotels and Resorts to create an immersive installation in the lobby of their London St Pancras Hotel for 8 weeks, as part of -and a celebration of- their international “Artists Playground” program in which local artists, designers and illustrators, are commissioned to create works in their various properties around the world.

A 16 metre long catwalk was created, with two hanging elements that drew the eye towards the concluding end panel, generating a theatrical sense of arrival for guests entering the hotel and proceeding to the check-in and concierge desks, as well as a focal point for holiday and conference group photographs. A large screen played a 13 minute loop of atmospheric animations created for the installation.
