For British Vogue’s June 2021 cover featuring American singer Billie Eilish, Sara Shakeel was commissioned to rework a number of images from the editorial shoot, casting Eilish partly engulfed in an array of crystals. The work’s were subsequently posted on social media by British Vogue, and featured in an article on Vogue’s website, entitled ‘Billie Eilish’s British Vogue Cover Shoot Inspired This Truly Dazzling Tribute’.
