“you are not in the prairie, the prairie is in you.

with open hearts and mind,
we used to watch the field unwind.
where our dreams set forth,
where our souls being comfort.
there: sharp winds, clouds moves,
sounds vibrating like a harp,
birds and sheep running free:
this was our dearest prairie.

we look inside and learn,
while fields await for our return.
here, from outside we see within,
to find the soul who’s wondering.
my heart is where the grass is growing,
my mind is where the wind’s blowing,
but until we meet once more,
we centre still and heal our core”
