‘The Big Store’ exhibition in collaboration with Chance the Rapper, 2019

In 2019, Chance the Rapper commissioned Shakeel to create the art installations for his ‘The Big Store’, an accompaniment to the release of his studio album ‘The Big Day’.​ The pop-up exhibition featured nine immersive rooms of Chance the Rapper’s past and present work. Shakeel embellished a number of objects with thousands of Swarovski crystals, from teddy bears to microphones.
