Outside

OUTSIDE is an interactive installation that reflects on how technology secludes and at the same time connects us to
the world. The interaction with this work is achieved by putting a hand (or many) through a floating frame mapped with projections. The system uses the position of the hand to modulate the frequencies of an FM radio, sound-process the sound and influence the patterns projected.

One connects to the outside with the hands. By placing one or both over the window. their position is used to
modulate the frequencies of an FM radio. The sound from this radio is perturbed and heard. The graphics projected on the acrylic frame are modified based on the position of the hands.
